Store them on your freezer door and use them cold for headaches, toothaches, inflammation or anything else you would use an ice pack for.
Put them in the microwave and place them on sore and achy muscles, ear aches, cramps or anything else you would use a heating pad for.
Our comfort rice bags are great to use to cool you down and to warm you up!
Warning: Everyone’s heat tolerance is different. Heat responsibly! Do not walk away from microwave. We recommend placing in the microwave for two minutes. If it is not warm enough, place in the microwave in 10 to 15 second intervals until you reach a comfortable heat level. Do not place in the microwave more than 2 1/2 minutes at any one time; you may burn the rice and it will no longer be good to use.
Size is approximately 6” x 22”.
Ribbon color is random.
Also, please refrain from throwing or swinging them… they will rip open.
