Rice bags are a natural way to relieve your aches and pains while encouraging your body’s healing. They can be used either hot or cold. At Wright’s Homestead, our comfort rice bags are handmade and come in a variety of quality fabric patterns to fit any style!

Suggested Uses:

Cold: Store or place rice bag on freezer door for a few hours before placing on inflamed area. These also work great for headaches, earaches, inflammation, or anything else you would use a cold pack for!

Hot: Carefully heat your rice pack in the microwave – because each person’s heat tolerance is different, start with 2 minutes and increase the time in 10-second increments until your desired temperature is reached. Place rice bag directly on aches and pains, place between sheets prior to going to bed on a cold night, or place on your lap to help you stay warm while traveling – the possible uses are countless!

For best results in both hot or cold applications, wet hands and pat dry on the rice bag prior to use (do not place rice bag under running water). Use with care and do not use on infants or young children. Comfort rice bags are a natural way to relieve pain, keep warm, and more!
